Im a student in Dublin and I want to bring a girl on a 2nd date. I don't have much money either. It will probably be this Thursday.

Anybody got any ideas that are cheap but still fun? Like she doesn't want to go out for dinner or anything too serious like that.

Lidls finest vodka and a pack of cards ftw.

Drunken strip-snap = Budget date and you'll get your Nat King.

Well its the handiest. You have to keep your wits about you for poker. If you add copious amounts of vodka this could get tricky. Keep it simple I say.. If things get blurry you could play with one eye open with snap.

Just be sure to drink more than he does, or the one under the table wont function later. ;)

Take a train out to Howth or Dalkey at dusk. Impress her with funny lines from movies or quote some random poetry. Then grab some fish and chips. Instant hero :D

Small bag of heroin and a morning after pill should make more an interesting night.

Different strokes for different folks =p I can't imagine being able to perform improv poetry while sitting in my Almera. There's a time and a place for fancy vocabularly and it's not sat in a car in the rain like a cheap culchy Hugh Grant

Indeed...
Trip on urine soaked public transport - check
Impressive, geeky knowlege of movie quotes - check
'Random Poetry' - check

"I wandered lonely as a cloud, now suck me beautiful"

Picnic or a nice walk out by the sea would be lovely. If you opt for the walk, go in the late afternoon. It'll start to get cold and you can cuddle up for warmth. Second dates are real "get to know you" types.

Dart out to Malahide and a walk on the beach with a nice hot chipper in hand or dart to bray and climb bray head, great views (but make sure you get down before its dark, night-time views are amazing, but getting down the rock face and through the pitch black woods with only the glow of your mobile screen aint fun )

Bowling is a great second date! Always a good laugh!

To continue this AH style, look at her in the eyes and wink as you put your fingers in to the bowling ball hole. For added effect lick them before you put them in.

Yeah, just before you say, "I'm gonna shove 3 fingers up ya and fu@k ya down an alley", addressing the ball of course...

And then throw a gutter ball and say "I'm sorry, that never happened before, no seriously, just wait a while and I'll get it"

-1,0000

It's not great and it's certainly not cheap!!

If it was a third of the price it would be a good laugh, followed by a take away and a drink or something. But just no!
