I am going to have to be the voice of dissent and say that I don't like mustard. When I was young my grandad used to force me to eat it. Yuck!
Great idea for a forum though. Mayonaise forum anyone? Now there's a condiment you can really get your teeth into!

Mayonaise is fattening, Mustard isn't, so for health reasons you need to eat more mustard

Mustard is full of 99.9% pure win, this has been proven by mustardologists !

I believe our lord himself had a nice big jar of mustard at the last supper....at least that's what I heard over in the christianity forums !

We can't be having a ketchup forum, otherwise the floodgates will open and any old ethnic condiment will want it's own forum....I fear the day we see a wasabi or horseradish forum !

Mustard is great especially in burgers; it added some spice to make the sandwich much tastier than being just plain ones.

Had a good dollop of Dijon mustard on a saussie sambo this morning...

Fukc it was good. I mean really, really, seriously good.

Why didn't anyone tell me about it?? FFS I can't understand why dijon and ketchup doesn't just come standard on a saussie sambo. Like salt n vinegar on chips. Only had dijon mustard in the gaf for another recipe I was trying out.

God damn.. I've been eating saussie sambos for decades now with just lush, thick ketchup completely fuking IGNORANT that it could elevated to a whole new level with the addition of the spicy, creamy dijon goodness.

    ;(

hmmm, add some wholegrain to mash for mustard mash but thats about it.
does it go off cos i'm sure there's a few different types knocking around the back of a press at home but they could be there a loooooong time

I hate mustard even a tiny bit makes me gag. My boyf puts mustard on his chip sandwichs so I won't be able to snaggle a bite

Have a little fun for yourself by rubbing a wee dab of mustard on the nose of your pet cat and annoying the fu*k out of them:D

I cannot emphasize how much I LOVE MUSTARD! If
Irish Family Law did not prevent it I would have married it many year ago.

Can't wait to try it on bacon sandwich. Can't believe I didn't think of it before!

Mustard is amazing with the Xmas spiced beef or pure corned beef in a sandwich. Its also amazing on the side with bacon and cabbage. Colman's is simply the best. I like to put so much in the sandwich that i get serious sinus pains and runny eyes, great for unblocking the nose, much better than Vicks:D

^ There's a difference between sauces and condiments y'know. Mr Partridge knows the score:

I feel very sorry for the 42 souls who voted no in the poll above. :(

I offer a prayer to St. Vincent (the patron saint of mustard and winemakers) that they may someday see the light, and discover the joys of Mr Colman's produce before they die.

I was in Dijon at the weekend and hoped to finally change my opinion on mustard (not a fan). I wanted to start by getting the history and how they make mustard, only to be told that there was no mustard museum in Dijon anymore and it had moved somewhere else......very disappointing!
Im still awaiting the food covered in mustard that will change my opinion....
