    I looked on the http://www.exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifting/StrengthStandards.html

and for my weight I am well above novice on the following lifts.
    squat
    press
    bench press
    deadlift
    Barbell row
    clean
I've been lifting for 9 months and was wondering what are my options.
If continue to add weight to the bar at what point will i be sacrificing agility, speed, flexibility and a host of other things.
Obviously there is a balance and I'd like to know what that is along your opinions.
