Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

They are also extremely skinny in fairness. Also there is a wide range of ability there, I imagine Ryan takes this cycling lark just a little more seriously than most of the rest of the group :)

ah yeah, i know you can't read anything from it. I was just more curious as to whether there was a small whippet a la Pantani (but without the drugs and plastic surgery) on boards.

FWIW, my rule of thumb is that every kg lost saves 7-8 seconds on Kippure. This obviously reduces the faster you go as wind resistance becomes more dominant.

I can't remember how I worked this out, but if accurate it means I need to weigh about 30kg to beat Ryan's time.

This demonstrates the obvious limitations of chasing power/weight through dieting. :)
