well funnily enough i noticed a similar thing, cause ive started increasing my protein and lowering my carbs, i think there is less waste product in foods containing protein, for instance there is no waste product in egg whites at all!

TBH, that's the one problem with high protein diets.

OP, if you drink enough water and get your carbs from fresh veg(even on a high protein diet this won't eat into your daily carb intake too much), then you shouldn't have this problem. Don't kid yourself that it's because you're eating less; the body really doesn't work this way. Once every two days is constipation, and you need to get that sh!t :pac: out of you more regularly.

My food plan is 40/40/20 carb, protein, fat.
I eat 1800 calories per day all clean foods. I drink 8 pints of water a day.
If you guys can spot anything let me know.

That's an easy one you're not functioning because you're not taking any fibre!

Your intake is 16.2gms - the recommended amount for a guy is around 38gms:
    http://www.kelloggnutrition.ca/canutrition/en/know-nutrition/recommended-fiber.html
(excuse the Kellogs reference - for your health's sake don't eat any of their products)

Try eating plenty of beans, oatmeal for breakfast and wholemeal bread and you'll be fine in no time

your diet is lacking for want of a better word unless your trying to lose weight

a sedentary woman should eat 2000 calories a day

if she exercises hard more would be necessary

    you are a man?

if you exercise 1800 calories wont sustain or promote muscle growth

Well how many times were you going before your new diet??
There is no standard amount you should go.....some people might 3 times a day others 3 times a week
