    Hi guys,

I'm 23 and have been working out for a while and have always been fit and active. I've started taking body pump classes twice a week for past 4 weeks and can notice my arms, legs and back gettin muscley. However, i find the gut harder to lose. I haven't a big gut just maybe an inch to much I can't shift no matter what!!!! Any1 any advice? More Cardio? Protein shakes? Apple cider????

    Thanks

I've a very similar problem, I do loads of swimming and that helps a lot but I find even 5 days off and I'm back to square one. My friend said she thinks it looks like an allergy to some type of food. I would love to find a permanent answer to that problem too.

Unfortunately it's tough to get rid of. e.gif

You will need to get the level of fat/sugars in your diet down. That means less beer, very limited chocolate, less sugar in coffee, less fried food. It's like a reserve of fat your body is storing for when you need it. Also increase your aerobic exercise. Get on the bike, get your metabolism going and it will start eating that reserve body fat.
