    Here's my goal:

    To get my weight down to 12st 7lbs

    Current weight 13st 12lb

    My biggest issue is my diet. Need to start every morning with a healthy breakfast and cut out ALL the crap.

    Also need to increase my cardio!

    I'm going to a daily dairy of my diet and exercise here.

    Specific Goal for this week is to establish a good eating habit and get weight down to 13st 8lbs
