    Check Kai out, he looks amazing. He beat Victor Martinez who came 2nd and Branch Warren who came 3rd in the Arnold Classic.

    Kai's been a big favourite of mine for a while now.

    He looks AMAZING in those pictures. His back is so bloody thick. Awesome midsection and legs too (and everything else obviously!)

    he didnt have an easy route to get to where he is either, heres a good documentary-type vid on him

    Well done to him.His legs and back were in a league of their own at the arnold.Hes got some posing routine aswell!

    That was unbelievable! The creativity in that routine is nothing short of remarkable. Plus, the guy's physique is awesome.
