Just thought id stick this up, i think its the beesline brand:confused:, two for the price of one, also vitamin C 1000mg two for the price of one, and vit b complex two for the price of one. these offers have been on before in dunnes, so its handy to pick them up.

this is in dunnes in galway, and im assuming that its a nationwide deal:D

I presume you mean glucosamine? Has anyone found this stuff any good I'm wondering? Or is it another money extracting fad?

Well it is the main ingredient in any joint supplements. however you end up paying for everything else, or a flashy box or a flashy name. best thing to do is to order some on line from a company such as myprotein.co.uk, no frills, cheap packaging, good product, only problem is postage for one item, may not be worth it then.

I feel that if your pushing yourself hard, squating, deadlifting, pushpressing, then why not look after your joints especially if you can get a good product at a good price.
