    Starting on new supplements.

MHP "Up Your Mass" - its suppose to be one of the best mass gainers
    - once in morning and right after session in evening
    - on days not training only in the morning

    Trec Nutrition "CM3 1250" - creatine
    - 4 tablets in morning 30 mins before breakfast,
4 tablets 30 mins before session in evening
4 tablets 30 mins after dinner
    recomended use

I am changing my training to doing weights in the evening every second day, stopping cardio for a while.

Just want advice on amounts of creatine to take on days not training, I think 4 tablets in morn and another 4 in evening, I dunno

I'm not an expert but wouldn't it work out considerably cheaper to just buy the creatine in powder form? The tablets are just pre-measured quantities you could easily use a weighing scales to replicate, or just work out how many grammes a teaspoon is, you just end up paying considerably more to get it tablet shaped.

The creatine only costs E30 so its no big deal, just after takin a batch of 4 and the feckers are big, tough enough to swallow. Anyway just wanna know how much to take on non traing days
