    Oh hi.

    Height: 5" 11
    Weight 71KG

Well my bench press is making little to no progress and it's just frustrating me, sometimes i feel like packing it in. I'm doing a 3x10 bench press at 55KG and it's pretty much been stuck there for a month. I think that if i switch to a 5x5 i'll make quicker gains for a while before my body becomes used to it again.

I have a few questions about it which i would like the nice peoples at boards.ie to answer:D

    1) What weight should i lift at 5x5 if i'm doing 3x10 at 55KG? Will it be roughly the same?

    2) I also do inclince bench and dumbell shoulder press at 3x10, should i change these to a 5x5 too?

    3) Should i change back to 3x10 in a month or so to mix things up?

    4) Who is Dr. Pepper?

    Cheers
