    I think probably everyone in the industry knows that this is happening but there may be some who don't so I thought I'd put it up here.

    World renowned nutrition guru Lyle McDonald will be in Dublin for a seminar on April 5th. Lyle has been featured in almost too many magazines to mention and has written some of the fitness industry's best manuals on diet and nutrition.

    I think I may actually miss this as I'm moving house that same weekend, but I'm secretly hoping that there's another delay so I can go. Nutrition is probably the thing I understand least about in the world of fitness and I hope to attend and leech as much as I can from Lyle. From personal experience Lyle helped a guy in my gym lose a whopping 8kgs in fat in a very short space of time, all the while sitting at his computer 3,000 miles away.

    I paid my money yesterday. Looking forward to it already. Have read heaps of Lyle's stuff online over the last couple of years and he seems to always be miles in front of the rest of the writers out there. He is definitely light years ahead of anyone I've seen or read from here that's for sure.
