I have a question about these supplements I want to start takin. Firstly I train everyday, maybe the odd day off now and again. I always train in the evening, rotating weights one day with circuit training the next and so on. I take BSN True Mass right after weights sessions but nothing on cardio days becuase it would defeat the purpose of the cardio, fat burning.

However I want to start taking Syntha-6 after the cardio sessions, its just a protein supplement as oppose to a mass gaining supplement. Apparently using these 2 products in this way is popular...what do ye think.

Also was thinking of giving fat burners a go for my little belly but probly wont, but just wanna see what people think of the Thermonex.

I think youd be better off spending that money on creatine and a cheaper protein powder to be be honest. You should just eat more food instead of taking a mass gainer in my opinion. Dont know about the thermonix though.

I started Universal Nutritions Storm on monday and its going great. Energy and strenght up! Seems like i can train harder, more often and recover better. Managed to squat on monday and wednesday like. Good buzz. Its often stacked with nitric oxide.

Hey there, I have been away for a few weeks and just back. Lots been going on. Anyway it all depends on what you want to achieve, if you want to get big or stay lean. What do you want? To be totally honest I am a huge fan of BSN and Optimum. You mentioned that you are taking syntha 6, great product, its a time release protein so that means unlike whey which is out of your sytem in say 2-3 hours syntha 6 is in your system for approx 5 hours. So I would continue to use it if I was you, regarding the Truemass, again its a great product but if you are looking to gain more size I would be looking at even adding 1 extra meal. Dont get me wrong but food is the best way to get the pounds on, weight gainer is a easy fix and a very quick option but at the end of the day you cant beat a good burger king to help with the calorie intake.

I cant really comment on the Thermonex as I have never used them, I have just finished some Thermospeed. Its from Olimp, its does what it says and most of all its cheap.
