Pelvic and lower back pain

    Hey, i know this isn't a medical board but im just looking for some opinions. Im on the pill and had a kinda strang period last month-it was early and came and went a bit which i put down to taking a couple of pills late. Now today i have pelvic/abdominal pain and lower back pain.It feels like period cramps.Any ideas what it could be-urinary infection/pelvis infection?-ive no pain when peeing? If it doesnt improve by tomorrow il see the doctor but im just looking for possible reasons

    If you took pills late might you be pregnant - its quite common to get these kind of pains? Whatever it is anyway I'd go to the doctor if I were you - no one else will be able to diagnose you. Any answers you get will just put ideas in your head.... most likely like I just did!:rolleyes:

    Any 'possible reasons' could be highly unreliable when the source is the oul' intarweb - see the Doc :)
