    Heh... it's actually a trick.

They're not all that hard (I just tried them). Didnt try for full extention but did managed to clear the ground by a fair bit.

Watch it in slow mo, half push up, hips shoot up, drive with the hand and legs, extend.

Dont mistime it, your nose isnt very good at absorbing force.

Meh these are fairly common in our training
try this for face planting goodness

these are also good if you have space I use a lid off a protein container but I think using a frisbee is more reccommended due to having rounded edges

 and what are you, 16 or 17 stone?

Will have to try them, I saw emmets last video recently, that is posted by Coach Sommers, who has a gymastics forum, think he might coach the US team or something.

You can see his videos here http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=GymnasticBodies&view=videos

Has a wrist pushup I have yet to try. most of the other videos are way too hard for me to even attempt!

Ah I'm sure you could. You're dipping with weight sure??

It's not really tbh, I was surprised how easy it is to do when you get your timing down.

Like if I can get myself off the ground weighing what I do, most peopel should be able to!

Yeah, I am up to 6-7 dips with 30kg, 5 stone is 32kg, for some weird reason "5 stone" sounds a lot more to me... Also I never really do weighted pushups, but you have sound reasoning, as a pushup is easier than a dip, infact I have seen a few websites that refer to pushups as dips.

That reminds me, I still have to make my weighted pushup device!

I have never done any polymetric stuff like that before. I just did a few clap pushups easy enough, and a few double claps, and then went for the flying one. It really is not too hard, looks far harder than a double clap pushup but was easier for me.

    Good party piece as mentioned!

I saw only a few on youtube so figured there was another name, tried "jumping pushup" and got a few more.

Throwing your arms out like superman looks much better!

I doubt I could go a double clap tbh. I could do two in front of me, but one in front and one behind wouldn't work... I'm too bloody wide to do it!

We should start like a trick push up challenge!

    THIS is ridiculous;

Thats all I was doing :o 2 in front, no way I could do one behind, would have to try it on sand or a bouncy castle!

I have known about these for a few years now, nothing new. Although the guy doing them is getting some serious height but that's more down to his overall agility.
