    ok lads im back playing football now, training wens nights and playing games on saturday and sundays.

    i need to know how many days should i be going gym a week with that?

    Also should i work my upper body 1 day, legs the next etc? and should i be doing much carido at all?

    and can someone help me with some of the excerises i should be doing to build up for football, im currently doing the lat pull down, shoulder press, chest press, bicep curl and sit ups and some carido when im able for it.

    i dont do much legs cause usally pretty tired from the actual football training, do i need to do a day of leg weights too?
