Check out the gym reviews thread, it's been mentioned there a few times.

I've been with Fitness Dock for almost a month now and I love it. They have a brilliant selection of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. The staff are really friendly and there's a good atmosphere. Have you visited it yet?

staff are really really cool and take an interest in your goals. fantastic gym and i'll be rejoining when my year expires.

great gym no matter what your level...a genuinely great environment to work out in.

just to say i have no loyalty to the fitness dock or anything but its important to give it a good recommendation.

the fitness dock is a good gym, but you may have to wait around to use stuff during peak hours. if you don't mind getting up early it's usually pretty good from the morning til early evening. mind you, bring some headphones unless you like doing deadlifts to morning radio.

I was a member for almost a year a while back. Best staff out of any gym I've ever been a member of. Only complaint is that it gets completely jointed in the evening. I went for an off peak membership which was a good bit cheaper

I was in having a look at this place earlier, the fella that was helping me was very friendly and told me about some of their deals,

said he'd give me a half price joining fee if I join by tomorrow, then €65 a month from there on, then he showed me a promotion they have going, gain a stone of muscle over 6 months and you get 6 months free membership.

This seems a good deal, I'd be looking to work out during my lunch break (1-2.15pm) what is the crowd like during those times?

PS: Has the gym got a pool or anything like that? I didn't have to time for a tour:o
