Streched tendons?

    Hi,

About 1 1/2 weeks ago I hurt my arm while arm wrestling while drunk (yes, the stupidity of it is still annoying me!!!). Now it's nothing too bad and doesn't hurt most of the time.

But when I try doing anything in the gym that involves my biceps (esp pull ups, lat pull downs) it twinges quite a bit afterwards. The pain seems to be from around the inside of the elbow and on the front of the shoulder. It doesn't hurt during the exercise, just afterwards for about an hour or so and then subsides.

I rested it for about 5 days after the "incident" but it still isn't fully right.

So, does this sound like stretched tendons? I don't really want to go to a physio since it isn't that sore. Just wondering what's my best course of action? Lay off these exercises for 2 - 3 weeks? Push through?

    Any advise appreciated.
