Obviously I like it normal. Weak as hell with plenty of milk, but when I was at a friend's house he made me the strongest piece of piss ever, and he says to me,

"This one's yours, I know you like it milky" and he wasn't joking.

How do you like your tea? Do you know any of those freaks who put in the milk, and then take out the teabag? Do you drink coffee:confused:

I'm very fussy with tea. I can tell by the smell if it's nice. I pour the boiling water into the cup, then add the teabag. Sometimes if you pour it directly onto the bag, it scorches the tea and ruins the flavour. I like a teaspoonful of milk and no sugar. The nicest cuppa I've ever had was one my uncle made....with Barry's tea leaves poured into a china cup through a strainer. Just perfect:o.

I have plenty of milk, never sugar.

I think honey is a waste of time putting it in your tea, cause you can't taste it. You're better off putting it on your weetabix I think.

Give her a nice cup of tea and a reassuring pat on the back after her ordeal?

    Sugar ruins Tea for me

Just a dab of milk thanks.
Although I don't understand people saying "I like my Tea strong". Tea is not a strong beverage and is still very mild w/o milk imo

Strong-ish, at a certain temperature which can be accurately obtained instantly by gauging the amount of mink.

    No sugar.

I like it hot so it burns my throat and warms by chest. i am partial to dipping a digestive or 3 in it from time to time and hoping for it to break off so I can find it at the bottom of my cup and gobble it down

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 31,859 ✭✭✭✭Sharpshooter

Puts teabag in mug ( it has to be a mug ), pours in boiling water.
    Leave for 2 mins.
Presses out all the flavour from T-Bag against the side of the cup, using a spoon.
Pours a small amount of milk, enough for the tea to be just below burning point.
    Sips.....

/You can't beat a nice MUG of tea.
