Hi, I have minor degeneration in L4-L5 region. 3 weeks ago a joyrider crashed into me giving my back a small jolt. Thought I was ok but few days later I found after I rise from seated position[even back straight, perfect position] I feel strong stiff pain in lower spine and have to mince around for about 2 mins till I can walk without holding lower back as still as possible. My physio left for a year so I went to another one in the practise who was rubbish, couldnt manipulate me proper at all. My question is would anybody recommend say physio or chiro or osteo or something else perhaps. As this feels like bone, not muscle damage. Hurts when I wake up too. My guess is it feels like some bones or facets are out of sync down there.

    Advice is welcome.

    Brian.
