Just say your doing a circuit weightraining program for example you might do a set of squats for X amount of reps followed immediately by a set of pullups for X amount of reps rest for 60 seconds and repeat 3 times How do you do these programs when its busy as you dont want to be hogging stuff?

the gym is not always busy

i prefer to go at a time that doesnt suit me rather than go when its busy and end up getting p*ssed off because its too crowded

although, if you were using a power cage, you could probably just set the bar up high after your squats and do pullups

I am changing workout times to the afternoons after my recent bicycle accident also this will give me more time in the morning to prepare a healthy breakfast

If its busy in the gym I just use the squat rack; always free.

You can notice the gym veterans by their battle scars...

Do you only fall off your bike in the morning time?

You don't. You do them when it's not busy.

The important thing when doing circuits for me is to keep busy rather than following a strict order of doing certain exercises.

If the gym is busy, go to the floor or mats and do press ups, ab work, plank, bodyweight squats, grab dumbells, jump on the next machine that becomes available. Keep the intensity up and don't get bogged down on particular items not being available when you want to do them. If you want to do circuits in a busy gym, you need to be prepared to adapt, otherwise, as mentioned, go when it's less busy.
