well, i'm 6ft. 2" and i have small set of weights two dumbells and a barbell with weights totalling 70 lb's but with the leaving cert and GAA club training i don't have time to go to a gym and would have a long-term goal of joining a rugby team when i go to college next year (september-ish) and am trying to both bulk-up and get stronger any ideas

i'm currrently doing my own "deadlift's" with a jerk at the end(so from ground->waist->chin->full arm extension) at 70 lb's but there getting easy any other training i can/could be doing to increase strength overall without having to go to a gym?
