I have always been a very sporty, athletic person. I am 11 stone and about 5'10 in height. I eat ridiculous amounts of food and never gain any weight. I'm decently built but I want get a bit stronger and build up more muscle. I have only recently started taken progain extreme in an effort to gain lean muscle, I take 2 scoops a day and train 4 days a week. I am half way through the progain now after only a week and a half and I havent noticed any dramatic difference. I dont know whether to continue with the progain for a few more weeks or move onto creatamax extreme? what should i do?

What's your daily diet like, in detail i.e. portion sizes etc?

    Morning: Cereal/Porridge, Orange/Apple Juice
Tea: Brown Bread Sandwich Ham/Chicken/Bacon, Tea
Lunch: Chicken Bacon Salad, Panini with Wedges, Meaty Pizza 12in, Burger gravy and chips, milk, smoothie (all large portions)
Dinner: Potato, Pasta, Rice, Chicken, Beef, Fish, any red meat, Pork, vegetables (all large portion)
Supper: Toasted sandwich, Ham roll, etc before bed

As well as progain extreme 2/3 scoops and a very high training programme given to me when I was training on the Irish basketball team

Drop the progain, its crap tbh.

start eating healthier meals than a panini with wedge, Burger gravy and chips etc!!!!!!!!

putting on muscle does not require you to eat large amount of bad foods, putting on fat does.

eat more healthy. work out your daily caloire expenditure, and eat 500 cals more per day.

lift heavy with compound weights. make sure you squat fully and deadlift.

have a big breakfast, high in protein, get the eggs in there.
as you are prob an ectomorph body type, you need the bigger breakfast than cereal, and make sure to get protein in each meal.

make sure to eat casein protein before bed (cottage cheese)

    drink milk.

if you want to use a supplement, i like cyptogainer, just take 2 scoops tho, and use post training.

    read the stickies.

    :)

Don't waste your money on progain extreme (or any maximusle prod). Swap that with serious mass and drink a slightly over a large scoop of that for breakfast along with about 750mls of full fat milk, you should put in on quite quickly then.
If you somehow didn't then do the same before bed, you'll pack on weight

From what a friend told me whey protein is the safest of the lot, be careful theres alot of nasty additives in many supplements. Choccy bars bulk me up no end..
