Load up on carbs - how?!

    Doing my first 10 mile race this coming Sunday and people are saying to loads up on carbs for the week. Ok, but how?!

    And what should I eat the day before and the morning of the race? I'm not looking to win the race - just looking to have enough on board to last it!

    To give an idea of size - I'm about 6'1" and 92kg
