How come poster Degsy hasnt been banned yet?

Its beyond a joke if you ask me if you look through all his posts throughout Boards.ie theres nothing but cursing and swearing putting people down slagging people off. I mean look at the horrible post he made on the Jade Goody thread.How are person can be so cruel and lack compassion for a another human being is beyond me .From my point of view he is in love with himself and believes he can do no wrong he is a person driven by suspicion and paranoia and I am downright sick of his attacks on me.

Then he ignores any advice given by coming back with facts and figures gleaned from the internet in support of his contention that no,he is not overweight,he is hugely muscular and the stupid doctors dont know what they're talking about.
In 3 years and at least 5 incarnations he has done exactly nothing to help himself.

If what you're saying is true, I'd support you, but how do you know you're right? It could be different people with a similar writing style.

I'll put it this way,the only account that hasnt been banned from this forum is Vampreskiss..the others were all identified by mods(and the rest of us) as being the same person and banned.
If you do a check on the posts,not just the style,they're always asking about "gyms in waterford","pubs to watch the match","jobs in australia" and "fitness instructor jobs at sea" etc then in this forum he lasts about two posts before he's obliged to mention John Berardi or bodyforlife or some such thing.

It's not. Anyone who's posted here over the past few years will remember him or one of his incarnations.

Every profile mentioned above has been banned afaik, and some site/permabanned too I think.

I have noticed he doesn't curse or swear in this forum much.
Probably has been rightly been told off in the past by a mod here.

Get an Admin to compare IPs of VampireKiss and the other mentioned names, include IPs used whilst posting aswell. I was an admin on a gaming forum last year and banned alot of people using that method.

In this forum you get judged on what you say in this forum. Honestly, I couldn't give a fiddlers what anyone does outside this forum. If you have a problem with any posters posts, you should report them in the forum in question. End of. Start another thread like this, or act the muppet in any way and I will ban you.

Vampireskiss - believe me, you've been IP checked to the hilt. However, given that we know that you and your other personas move around the country a lot we can't pin anything on you.

However, as per the Charter arguing against or questioning Mods is not a particularly clever idea. Starting a thread like this is downright ridiculous and for that you're infracted. As for starting a thread to personally abuse someone who you feel has been personally abusing you... well it's just too facepalm-ish even for Piccard. For that you're getting a three day ban.

Degsy, the next time you engage Vampireskiss in a thread you'll get banned - you're stirring the shit and then some and it's bordering on bullying.

I strongly, strongly advise both of you that you avoid each other and each other's posts for the forseeable future.
