"One more tune!"

One more tune seems to be an Irish thing only. Some of my friends claim that it's been around since the dawn of time, but I remember an ad about 10 years ago for the Heineken music festival, there's a busker on the street and some guy is standing there screamin "ONE MORE TUNE! ONE MORE TUNE!". This was the first I heard of it and sort of assumed that's where it started

Pretty much all the youtube results of it are irish. Also googling "one more tune" brings up the first result as onemoretune.ie

Just because the first time you remember seeing it was on a heineken ad, doesn't mean that was the first.

been to quite a few gigs overseas (living overseas now), and not heard it over here yet, i don't think.

one thing i do miss though, is the random chanting of "olé olé" during instrumentals/quiet moments.

Used to love that ad, the two boys playing the drums on their head singing 'one more tune'....it has been done on a few occassions, walking around banging my head, anyone be able to find a link for it or what to type into youtube, i cant seem to find it?
