    Been going to the gym for a few months now and have decided to split my cardio/weights onto different days and focus it more now. Goal is to increase muscle mass esp upper body and to tone/lose a few pounds.

    Mon, Wed, Fri: Cardio Session:

    30 mins Treadmill
    15mins Cross trainer

    Tues: Weights session A:
    3x8 Bench Back Lift (facing down on bench lowering body - lifting up)
    3x6 Deadlifts
    3x6 Pulley Narrow Grip (machine)
    3x6 Pulley Wide Grip (machine)
    3x6 Tricep Pushdown
    3x6 Lying Tricep Execution
    3x6 Lateral Raise


    Thurs: Weight Session B:

    3x6 Shoulder Press
    3x6 Chest Press (3 inclines each 3 sets)
    3x6 Lateral Pulldown
    3x6 Chest Curl (machine)
    3x6 Chin Ups Wide Grips
    3x6 Chin Ups Narrow Grips
    3x6 Biceps Curl
    3x6 Hammer Curl

    Sat: Leg workout:

    TBC!

    What do you think? Any advice? Tried to split the weights between back & triceps, front & biceps. First time really.
