    Every time my boyfriend has said something funny today, I've taken a post-it, written "thanks" on it and stuck it on him.

    Come on everyone! Buy a pack and let's make this stick! :pac:

    I once went to the returns department/helpdesk in a shop. I told the surly assistant of my small issue. She told me that I was wrong, always had been wrong, and that I would be removed from the store if my attitude continued. Then 15 of her assistants burst out from behind a door to defend her. I was taken aback because all I wanted to do was offer some advice on how they could improve the customer experience. Then one of them told an in-joke and they all slapped each others back.

    Then I got flustered and left. But not before an annoying American rushed in to the department with a poster of a cat.

    Surreal stuff it was!
