Spinning classes

    Hi All,

    Was wondering if anyone knows of any spinning classes/aerobics/circuit training in the milltown-dundrum area or close by?

    Looking for something that is more pay as you go, i don't want to commit to a gym and pay fuill membership as it's unlikley i will get the value out of it!

    TF in sandyford is close enough. i think you can pay as you go there but think its about €18 a go.

    new gym opened up in milltown in jan... they have some spin bikes (not the official star trac ones tho), and supposed to be starting various classes soon. i think they do drop-in options... but here is their site you can check out:
