high skilled irish players re-rolling

Hey guys

Just thought I'd drop you lot a line.

A number of us are re-rolling on outland server alliance.

We have been playing the game like 4-5 years solid, and in that time never rolled alliance. We want to see what it is like from that persepctive. So we are rolling brand new chars on Outland server alliance, that we fuly intend to play properly.

I personally will be treating it as a main, with the only downtime doing heroic raids at night for my DK to get gear.

Anyone is welcome to join, we literally have just started

Whisp me, Kromula on Outland, if you wanna join the fun, we have a vent etc, and obviously a guild will be setup ASAP.

Fully intend to end game raid.

i would consider this, but there is no way in hell im going to level yet another character, when you guys get to 80 i might throw over my lock or hunter.

Yeah no problems, at the moment there is about 5, but each have about 2-3 mates interested.

Idea was mainly just 5 man rolling through content again, but sure more the merrier.

We all have like 6 chars up at 70, with atleast 3 chars 80, so jsut to keep things fresh we are going alliance for the first time ever.

We will still be grabbing loot for the new content coming new patch.

Its not so much for laughs, we are pretty serious about levelling this chars and gearing them up.

So maybe I'll let you guys know when we ding 60 or so.

( with these lads id say 3 weeks max)

hehe, thats me, tbh most of the guys will do it in a week id say.

But have all agreed in principle to take it slow, do all instances as we come accross them. Its very much a big demand, where we are going to clear all quests, clear all instances, all level 60 content, then move to level 70 and do the same before we hit 80.

Northrend will not be for some time soon tbh.

We will also be leaivng these chars aside like i said to continue our current raid schedules and no doubt when new patch content arrives.

But its just for anyone interested.

For those looking to transfer, id hold off and save your money, my boys have a random tendancy to change their minds in hours

I'm currently level 18 after starting this morning, and they havnt started yet which is worrying

Tho tbh, i slacked loads when i dinged 60, lots of alt tabbing going on, so probably a day and abit of that is from afk.

Sounds like a good idea , but I have already done this with the bunch of lads I play with in Galway. There is a group of us from a net gaming café all playing in the same guild on Frostwhisper.

Although I don't see us being Hardcore raids (MC RAIDERS 101 ftw!) I might considder joining ye , but with one of my old chars.

I did not even bother checking just joined.

Definitely a nice irish contingent there. It is nice to finally meet some boardsies, granted there is a large group in the 80 bracket, there is still some nice banter in chat, and I am really looking foward to getting my levels up to maybe eventually have a few raids with you lot.

If its one thing that keeps me coming back to wow its the social aspect, cannot be compared with any other game.

I have no Human chars so this might sound retarded, but i thought that human racial shared a cooldown with the pvp trinket?

It does share the same CD as pvp trinket, but extra stam or dmg is always welcome

Still prefer old perception though

No lee not like that, humans have an insignia of the horde/alliance - the resil but they can socket both trinket slots with, darkmoon fare greatness and bandits insignia/gnome trinket etc etc

thats a LOT of added pressure in a mirror match

Bah how can you say that the added pressure of bandits insignia / gnome trinket is INSANE over perception which lets be frank YOU DO NOT NEED.
Fact, you will not see many double stealth teams rolling in the 2k's for the sole reason they would be farmed by ALOT of setups.

If you come up against dps/stealth there is no need for perception now. Pop lichbourne run in on the other dps start on him and pop Icebound fortitude to immune stuns.
the dps will be dead or it forces the rogue/druid to come on you and now your healer is fine

I faced a paladin/dk the other night both of them were running with gnome trinket and the dk had greatness trinket also, factor in a double burst of that + 6 Icy touch in row + HoW not fun

Decided to take mage as my main. The pop on the maelstrom has died off

So I'll be transfering my chars from there down the line too, unfortunately horde.

Enjoying the freshness of being alliance, tkaing it nice and slow reading quests and taking in the scenary I've never seen before.

Does seem that alliance has a lot more runnning for quests, and a lot less quests bunched together. Horde is piss easy to level, alot of messing with alliance though at the moment.
