    Nice pics cat....and eh webmonkey since you are in the know how of computers after i installed win 7 its seems to have kept vista on the side so it seems like im dual booting at the moment. The hard drive is still packed up with stuff......any ideas how to get rid of all the stuff that was there with vista?

    Assuming it installed to another partition you can remove this partition, maybe download GParted, remove, and merge the free space onto new one. May have to fix the mbr. Should be tools on the recovery console for that. Never done it with Windows 7 though :o

    I miss my dog....he gave me loads of slobbery kisses when I called out to my parents earlier on....strangely enough hes called Bailey too!

    Only 600 words left until I finish my essay! Then I have about 5 pages of bibliography to type up, sigh!

    I use EASEUS Partition Master 4.1.1 only used it on XP though...

    You are running 64? Did you check? If they don't have a compatible version out yet then either wait or maybe google it...prob other similar products out there.

    Nah i had vista on it before i put on win 7...and yeah its a 64 bit system ive running. I always seem to make a bollix of everything i do with this laptop :D
