Cigs, and possibly coffee.

Giving up sweet things (as was the case when a kid) isn't much of a challenege, as i rarely indulge anyways!

He deleted them earlier. There were two of them which contained banned words apparently :rolleyes:. They are only visible when he quoted them.

thank you so much - I just emailed my good mate who has honest to god got tourettes (he twitches and makes noises) to tell him that god wants him to give up twitching for lent
