I rented one at the weekend from tone at home its was 102euro for 1 month i'm getting it for 2 so i'll have to pay another 70e next month, i've been using it since the weekend and i can really feel it in my legs and arms so hopefully i'll start seeing some results.

Guys and girls i know no one that has gotten in good shape using one of these. Its fine for a massage and loosening out your muscles but outside of that your never going to look your best using one of these.

Better to get a good set of weights and do a proper program instead of using a machine in the hope that ITS going to do all the work for you.

Exactly - you can train for a year on one of these and you will look pretty much the same. stop wasting your money, go to a gym or get a trainer with the money
