    Hi,

    Has anyone used Thermobol and what did you think? I've just started taking it myself. I know you take it on an empty stomach but how long do you have to wait before you can have something to eat as i'm trying to eat smaller quantities more often.

    didnt the IMB ban it a few years ago?

    anyway, to the best of my knowledge, it is basically glorified / overpriced caffeine

    Get a tube of smarties, eat 4 a day evenly spaced out during the day, on an empty stomach, and eat nothing for 45-60mins afterwards and you will lose weight!


    A lot of these diet pills use that little scam...
