New country, new job, new gym...

Just moved to the UK with work, so since setting up a place to live, next priority is finding the right gym.

I've posted in the past on my 5x5 progress and other programmes I have been doing, and my goals remain keeping BF below 10% and increasing weight from 72kg to c.77kg.

The gyms that I have found so far are not great- I come from a situation where I was working out in a rugby club with plenty of squat racks, oly bars etc. So far, the best gym I have found is the subsidised one in the office, which is good from a being cheap point of view.

However, it does not have a squat rack- plenty of dumbbells, but no rack. Is it silly to contemplate a programme with a big focus on squats and deads in this type of gym, or is it feasible to squat and dl with dumbbells?

    Thanks

Whereabouts are you now living / working? London or elsewhere?

If in London pm me - I can possibly help with info on some decent plays to train.
