I've had a good portion of his discog for a while now but you know yourselves when you have a lot of music stacked, getting to listen to it all properly is difficult. I've been enjoying a lot of breakcore recently and there actually seems to be quite the dubstep/breakcore scene going in a couple of places in Cork so that's why I've been attracted to them but this song is really lovely, and in fact, this album has a really more laid back feel to it than most of what I've listened to so far.

An improbable alliance that was quite simply mind-blowing ! This unique meeting between a classical ensemble and techno music was powerful, solemn and danceable all at once! For the concoction to work, it needed a guide: Carl Craig. Originator of the project, the emblematic Detroit producer/DJ worked with pianist Francesco Tristano to arrange his compositions for an orchestra. Distinguished guest, Moritz Von Oswald made a valuable contribution to the project, offering fans a rhythmic arrangement and a new piece co-written with Carl Craig. The result is impressive: a unique sound aesthetic that breaks down barriers between seemingly incompatible music styles – as described by François Xavier Roth, musical director and conductor of the “Siècles” orchestra: “There is no hierarchy in music, only a quest for high standards”. Historic concert !

Yeah Clark is excellent, the album last year was pretty full-on though! - Still like it but Body Riddle was a better all round offering, as were the previous albums too actually.

Yeah Unexplained is bloody expensive, as are all ART releases from then. The Stasis collection though is a very good buy and covers most of his work, pity not all though.

Wonder will they include a box or something to hold all 7 volumes with the last part? I'll miss the wait for the end of the month now waiting for the next volume, been nearly 7 months of it! Maybe Kirk Degiorgio will follow suit and reissue all ART material...
