    can anyone recomend a good fitness dvd? yoga or dance please.

    I wouldn't recommend doing yoga from a DVD if you're a beginner. If you go to class you'll notice how easy it is to think you are doing things right when you really aren't. you might injure yourself doing poses wrong.

    davinas dvds look good but i just cant stand her voice! :)
    i did yoga when i was pregnant and then for a year after. but now that she is growing up so fast im so busy that i find it hard to get back to the classes. so i thought the dvd would be a better alternative...i.e.. no babysitter needed.

    Best one I ever found was the Step Reebok - get the step and DVD from Argos. You'll sweat like a pig and be wrecked but it works esp if you have saddlebags!
