    Well today woke up and had a small plain whey protein shake and bita glucose.

    then had natural yogurt, peach, apple, frozen blue berries and frozen strawberries all blended,

    though i was hitting the gym, but that fell through Ahhhhhhhh

    then had protein bar

    now gonna have a cup of tea

    two burgers, cooked on the george forman so got some crap out.

    So far a bowl of cornflakes,5 pancakes.After the gym a weight gainer shake then a fry up and 500ml's of milk and a litre of water.

    9:20 - Banana. Peanut butter.
    Some nuts.
    12:00 - Slice of homemade apple and rasberry tart. Scrambled eggs. Banana.
    Some nuts.
    2:00 - Chicken fillet, green beans, sugar snaps, brocolli.
    Banana. Some nuts
    4:30 - Chicken fillet, green beans, sugar snaps, brocolli.
    Desert spoon of chocolate ice-cream

    Drank a couple of litres of milk as well.

    Got up at 9.30.

    Large bowl of porridge and a protein shake
    Lentil soup, wholewheat bread, and two eggs
    Two chicken breasts, wholegrain rice, brocolli
    Crackers and low fat cottage cheese
    Have drank about two litres of water, and had an apple and orange juice

    Currently hungry and debating what to eat next. Thinking steak and green beans.

    breakfast:
    120g oats, 1 large banana, handful of raisins
    4 eggs, 1/2 chicken breast, some mozzarella
    2 sugar free yoghurts

    dinner:
    Turkey, potatoes, carrots

    snack:
    a double cheeseburger and regular cheesburger out of BK
    turkey and mozzarella sandwich

    evening:
    a few slices of ham, another turkey sandwich

    probably going to have some pb sandwiches and an omlette before bed

    yeah these were just garden variety microwavable pancakes but I may try your version soon.

    Breakfast: Small bowl of all bran & low fat milk
    Bowl of porridge,1tablespoon of peanut butter,sunflower seeds & raisins

    11 snack: 2 eggs Scrambled with drop of milk, natural yoghurt mixed with sunflower seeds

    2 snack: small tin of tuna & spoon of cottege cheese mixed together
    Home made protein bar

    Dinner: 100g lean mince, 1 carrot, 2mushrooms, courgette, celery, chilli, 15g red lentils mixed with tin tomatoes and some spices

    I will have another snack now soon but dont know what yet probably porride, almond butter & half a packet of options hot chocolate mixed in

    Heh. Coco pops this morning (i stumbled to my friends house last night and stayed there and he had no poridge :( ). Lunch - 2 eggs and 2 slices of homemade brownbread. Between Lunch and 9 PM i had 2 apples, 3 more slices of brownbread and 2 heartburn chewees! And to cap it off i just wolved down 2 portions of chinese.

    Pretty unhealthy day tbh..

    yup, nothing beats a nice, big breakfast :D

    i usually have nothing to get up early for most mornings, so hunger is the only thing that motivates me to get out of bed :pac:

    Big bowl of porridge with honey, id say about 500g oats and 300 ml milk.
    banana
    protein shake with 600ml milk (60 g whey protein)
    after gym another banana
    3 muller strawberry yoghurts
    a piece of toblerone(large 25g)
    big plate of chips, two eggs, and some quorn sausages(fake)
    muller yoghurt,banana and now probably gonna have some pancakes cause of jayoos post :D

    omlette 4 whole eggs ,mushrooms,3 slices ham,fried pepper and onions,salt peppar

    1 pint of orange juice concentrate

    pint of coffee made completely on normal milk in microwave

    bowl of homemade cream of mushroom soup+4 slices of wheaten bread with butter and cheddar cheese on top

    12 oz sirloin steak fried rare with spicy herbs

    6 chocolate tea cakes (marshmallow + jam) +cup of tea

    1 shake with 1 mug oats+1 mug milk+2 scoops of whey protein

    2 fried chicken breasts and some fried sweetcorn+green beans

    ya why? oh just saw the highlighted part, yea i hadnt eaten in a while and was fookin starvin usually wouldnt be that much, but after i poured in my inital amount the bag was nearly empty so i threw it in would have had more milk but again ran out in pouring.The funny thing is, on this amount of food i lose weight :D

    nope :D big bowl, the worst part is i had to go buy more just there for my homemade protein bars!, they taste Fcuking amazing!, in regards to the porridge, i didnt feel to good today at the gym, dont think ill be trying that amount any time soon.

    Think you might be exaggerating a bit there. That's one third of the large bags of porridge! I eat very big bowls of porridge in the morning (i.e. fill a large bowl to the top) and don't come close to 500g.

    Lunch:

    Canned Mackerel, clove garlic, 1/2 red onion, olive oil, 2 x Toast.

    Totally starved at the moment.

    13:00: Chicken soup, four slices wholewheat bread, three poached eggs
    15:30: Five crackers with low fat cottage cheese, apple
    17:00: Two slices of wholewheat bread with soft cheese, banana

    Going to have to pig out tonight. Thinking a couple of portions of home made lasagne.

    Today was decent enough for me diet-wise,

    08:20 30g oats, 1 scoop whey, small handful of almonds, small banana, tbsp honey and a half pint of milk.

    09:00 Cup of coffee.

    11:00 Wrap with pesto, spicy chicken, jalapenos and cheddar cheese and a cup of coffee.

    15:00 Wrap with pesto, spicy chicken, mixed peppers and cheddar cheese and a cup of coffee.

    19:00 Shake with 1 scoop of whey after playing 5-a-side football for around 1:45 hours.

    20:00 Stuffed pork steak wrapped in bacon with garlic potatoes and turnips. Was starving at this point, so it was a decent sized portion. Gotta love mammy's home cooking!:D

    22:00 Cup of tea, kiwi and an orange and that'll do me nicely til the morning.
