Hi, i have recently went back to football training and have started gettin pains in my ankles. this happens when i start warming up at training and will last 10 mins or so and then goes away. it could also happen when walking or drivin but in a more mild fashion than when running. What could be wrong?

I get the same thing, used to be worse in the right ankle but now it's worse in the left, mine lasts about 10 mins as well. I've had that issue for a few years so you may be alright on it. You don't happen to get pains in the calves and shins while playing by any chance, just wondering myself if its related

You should really go and see a doctor about something like that. People on here can't properly advise you. Gonna lock this one.
