Does anyone know what program was used to create the Adamstown SDZ document and other similar documents? You know the type, A3 or A4 landscape pages, bound on the left, with columns of text and various maps and images included.

Then It was done using Adobe Acrobat

The filetypes are PDFs and are very common for documents as they can't be edited whereas word documents can.
