  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,625 ✭✭✭✭BaZmO*

How very very apt that the first pitch is an idea about how to clean dirty money given the current financial climate.

Can I get a portable version for my pocket?? Ultra-violet pants perhaps with germ free air coming up the trouser leg.

    These boys are just chancers!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,053 ✭✭✭Aldebaran

    Pair of chancers!

It seems to me that the Irish Dragons are a bit more aggressive than the English Dragons. I lolled when yer wan just said 'who cares?' after the two guys explained their cash cleaning idea.

I dont like Sean Gallagher looks like he is going to be the idiot of the group

That Sarah Newman with her brit accent is annoying me now.. she's rude, I mean she just got lucky with a website, and got lucky with DJ as well ;-). I don't think she has any right to look down her nose at the "stupid paddys".

Though I would admit the first two presentations were poor.

She may regret that further down the line

RTE1, probably be up on the RTE website in the coming days.

    **edit**
Plenty of answers already I see now!

Looks like the state of the economy will be their fallback excuse for the entire series.

Only Irish people allowed on Irish tv

She is not the best but the other Dragons just don't come across very well, though it is only the first show so it might get better.

That Sean Gallagher fella constantly looks like he's trying to remember where he parked his car.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,718 ✭✭✭✭JonathanAnon

I dont like your idea, you're probably a member of a union, you're dithering, shut up!

Cash machine guys = just awful all together, a complete joke

Boozeberries => I thought with a bit of haggling here a deal might have been done. Very nervous in the presentation. Personally I would have very little faith in a CEO who had such a poor grasp of figures.

Aqua Images => Completely the wrong time to be trying this - every business is looking to cut costs. Might have had a chance during the boom years buy not know. Presentation a lot more polished.

Toastie => didn't really give a good idea of what the product was, guy doing the presentation

Mumstown => looks like she wasn't prepared to give up enough of the company
