yeah i find it really infuriating that customers will always have to tell you how great a day it is and how it is a pity i have to work on such lovely day- ah could scratch their eyes out... only there are bars and window between me and the said iratating customers

always said those bars where put their to protect the customer from us heads behind the counter than us from them...especially when they say such irratating things.......
