Lots of fails and advisories on past MOTs for corrosion since 2006 too

Ya it's not a perfect or a close to perfect example by any means. For that money you would expect it to be close to flawless.

I seen that a couple of weeks ago.

Those AE86 coupes have grown on me. I used to think they looked stupid but now I really like them and wouldn't mind owning one.

The one in the link is the hatch but there is a coupe as well which is better looking than the hatchback I think

Are you sure. I thought they were the coupe. Is this what you are thinking of a booter?

No the one in the pic you posted is the coupe

Edit: You might be right, the hatchback seems to be also known as the gt coupe

Click on other ads by this seller... a half rotten G-wagon for 3k...it's VERY ROTTEN, both bodywork and chassis.

    Dreamer.

I just looked. Nobody would pay those prices for either of those Jeeps. Well at least I hope not. They look ready to be given away for free.

The E320 commercial... My saloon was less than half that, running and a year newer, last year.

Sure the engine is readily sourced, but what about paying a lad to fit it if you can't fit it yourself...?

I'm not sure the G Wagen is dreamer. Nearly classic tax and they have a following. (And it's a current model :) )

This dreamer Civic doesn't even have the good engine. just because it is a 1992 doesn't mean the price has to go up. €2800
Also only has a months NCT.

If he didn't fit all that sh1te to it and left it alone, he probably could ask €2500 I think as original ones are so rare now even if it doesn't have a performance engine.

As it is, €1250. This man has won the jackass of the year award by taking that Civics U.S.P., being completely unmolested and fitting tasteless wheels, a muck steering wheel and whatever other mismatched crappy mods and is now expecting the cars value to double.

I had a bog standard 1.4 of these for 7/8 years and did 150k of the 250k miles when I moved it on. Fantastically reliable car but the interior is so bland and boring. I didn't think it could get any worse but he's done it with that stupid steering wheel.

    Do it, save it! :P

I halfheartedly made an offer on it a few weeks ago close to what he is asking now (it was advertised for €1250) but he declined.

My mother had one till 04, with less than 30k miles on it. No doubt not around anymore, it was way before I appreciated things like it.

    Different shade?

Yep pic 3 is the clearest one of it.

It's a minor enough issue really but it's probably the reason it hasn't been snapped up immediately

The drivers door is a different shade as per snap# 3 alright. The rear bumper appears to be a different shade also and unless I'm mistaking the rear wheel arch from the bumper right down to the sill would appear to have being painted as it looks to be a different shade to the rest of the rear quarter panel to my eyes anyway in so far as I can tell from a photo - On the face of it this would probably be more a cause for concern than the drivers door I would suggest and would be checking it wasn't a cheapo job to bodge up rust. Rear door, front wing and sill appear untouched as far as I can tell from the photo - drivers door most likely just took a bang at some stage and was repaired or replaced - hardly structural if just drivers door alone.

Jeezis. Definitely 130k miles and being a 96 it just wouldn't have brown taxbook regardless, they stopped in 92(?). Unless the last zero is a typo and he wants €150 for it, but even that is saucey tbh.

Yeah, they are a nice car I think but that one is heavily bastardised and they don't go for great money even when they are clean. €2500 and it might sell.
