hi all... heres a few shots to re-awaken this thread.... 3 different locations in the county

  • Registered Users Posts: 692 ✭✭✭Durnish

is that the Owenea, between Glenties and Ardara?

Maybe Donegal town at the last pic?
Best way to re-awaken this thread would be to unstick it, thus avoiding "sticky blindness".

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,103 ✭✭✭North_West_Art

nope... not Donegal or the Ownea..... although I can see why you thought it could be Donegal.... all the shots of the river were taken roughly in the same area...

  • Registered Users Posts: 610 ✭✭✭muckish

Is the river the Gweebarra? Murvagh strand and a beach north of Burtonport?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,103 ✭✭✭North_West_Art

Murvagh and beach near Burtonport both correct.... its not the Gweebarra river though

  • Registered Users Posts: 360 ✭✭irlpic

One of those beaches looks like the Cloughglass area outside B'port and possibly Glenmore bridge, Welshtown between Ballybofey and Glenfinn in another shot.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,103 ✭✭✭North_West_Art

correct, Murvagh, Cloughglass beach, and the Finn at Welshtown and 2 taken from the bridge at the Reelin Bar near Welshtown
