Dont think I am quite ready for these yet, but wouldnt mind seeing if anyone else uses them.
They seem like a great idea, but Deuce Bigalow has got me worried.

    What are they exactly?

Essentially the ankle part of a ski boot with hooks so you can hang upside down from a chin up bar.
Not ever having owned a pair I dont know if it has any way of getting down if you dont have enough ab strength left to reach up and unhook.

I thought about getting them or making some but thought they would end up just another unused gadget! I would have my rings & rope beside me to let me get down easy.

I would really want to have a go first. I do not situps but do leg & knee raises on the bar. I also do knee raises while chinning to make it an even more compound movement, sort of like this, though my knees come up while going up.

Proper leg raises are far harder than knee raises.
