    Watched this last night, http://www.strongmovie.com/ ,fascinating documentary about a father and son run extreme gym in America.Great show:D

    I was a bit disappointed actually. Thought it gave too general*a view of everything without really getting into detail. The whole thing was just "Joe and all his family are great, now heres a brief bio on some of his athletes".

    Meh.
