Can someone tell me the difference between stack weight and resistance weight on a multigym? I'm buying one for my new home gym and there is one in argos which i was looking at and it says weight stack is 50kg and resistance is 100kg, so which will be the max weight it will put out? thanks in advance

I would assume from that that there is 50kg in the weight stack, but the arrangement of pulleys makes it effectively 100kg. But it might be best to ask someone in Argus about that.
