    Hi does anyone have any experience of using Serious Mass as a protein supplement and if so... any good or bad things to say about it?

    Its more of a weight gainer than a protein supplement, if its weight gain your after id go with 1/2 a serving in the morning and another 1/2 straight after training

    thanks... it has 50gm protein/serving so i'd say it could be considered to be a protein supplement. although i could be wrong!!

    it could ye, but it also has over 250grams of carbs and 1250 cals per serving

    Something to bare in mind guys, most of these companies source their powders from the same source and have it repacked with only a veriation in tastes and nothing else.

    .
