Bit of Cash - What to buy

    Bit of free cash, so said id invest in something new for my home gym.

    Was thinking of a cable attchment to go with my heavy rack that mick in Irish lifting sells.

    Any other ideas?

    Gymnastic rings, which can go on the rack too.

    hmmm intresting.

    any ideas how they would work (as in set up) on the rack out. ive seen ur bits for doing them out of the attic but that aint available where i hav my weights set up

    I was presuming there was a chinning bar on the rack, and they would go over that. If there is and there is dip bars I would also recommend a dip belt, you can use back packs, or other sort of ropes up to a point, but there is a weight where it becomes uncomfortable.
