body fat calculations

    Im thinking of starting the stronglifts 5x5 in the next week or so, i want to get my rough body fat % when i start so i can track my progress
    was looking at the calipers but they look like they could be inaccurate.

    just want to see what other people have used or found to work well with some accuracy
